The British government has changed the process for granting access to employment opportunities for foreign nationals. With effect from November 2008, unless you have sufficient points to qualify for Tier 1 entry, you require to be sponsored by a company before your application for right to work will be considered by the UK Border Agency.
British Energy will sponsor candidates only at Tier 2 level.
Do I qualify for sponsorship?
In order for your application for a Sponsor Management Certificate to be granted, you require to score a total of 70 points across different criteria.
